# Muxtra > Muxtra is an open-source CLI for running coding agents from different providers in parallel on one Git project. It isolates each task in its own branch and worktree, tracks overlapping claims, verifies completed work, and safely combines verified task branches into one result. Muxtra is a local-first developer tool distributed as the `muxtra` npm package. It is currently in public beta and supports managed launch adapters for Claude Code and OpenAI Codex CLI. The repository owns the workflow through a committed `.muxtra/project.yaml` contract. ## Start here - [Documentation](https://muxtra.dev/docs/): Installation, first run, design and code lanes, verification, composition, providers, project configuration, development servers, and command reference. - [Full LLM brief](https://muxtra.dev/llms-full.txt): A self-contained, plain-text overview of Muxtra's purpose, workflow, capabilities, safety model, and technical requirements. - [About](https://muxtra.dev/about/): Why Muxtra exists and the principles behind its approach to parallel agent coordination. - [GitHub repository](https://github.com/svvayyy/Muxtra): Source code, README, license, security policy, and development instructions. ## Additional resources - [Changelog](https://muxtra.dev/changelog/): Product milestones and release notes. - [Privacy](https://muxtra.dev/privacy/): Local-first operation, no Muxtra CLI telemetry, and website privacy details. - [npm package](https://www.npmjs.com/package/muxtra): Published beta package and installation metadata. - [MIT license](https://github.com/svvayyy/Muxtra/blob/main/LICENSE): Open-source license terms.
